Celebrate Spring in the Burren with some upcoming Burrenbeo Trust events this month:

 Thurs. 1st April. Burren Insight 2 hits the bookshelves! Copies available from Burrenbeo or at all good local bookshops.

Sun.4th April. The Burrenbeo Monthly Walk for April will be led by Dr. Stephen Ward and Dr. Sharon Parr. Title: Easter flowers 

Meet at Slieve Carron Nature Reserve (aka Eagle's Rock).  Sheet 52 M 333 035. Free for members, €5 charge for non-members.   

Sat.10th April. The next Burren Conservation Volunteer outing will take place from 10-4.30pm.  In association with Spring Clean 2010.

Sat. 10th April @ 8.30pm   Artist Erin Treacy is having an opening night for her artwork at the Burrenbeo Trust Building, Main St, Kinvara, 

Thurs. 15th April, Kinvara Burrenbeo Trust April talk: New Perspectives on old stones - a virtual view of the Burren with Dr Ronan Hennessy @ 7.30pm, Burrenbeo Trust, Kinvara.  This is free for members and a €5 donation for non-members.  

Thurs. 29th April, Kinvara Gordon D'Arcy is carrying out a talk on the Cuckoo to celebrate the return of this fascinating bird. Venue: Burrenbeo Trust Centre, Main Street, Kinvara @8pm. Free entry.
